In early September, after deliberating over double-eyelid surgery for more than 10 years, I finally had non-incisional surgery at Gonggan Plastic Surgery Clinic before turning 30! It was my first surgery in life, so I was worried and very nervous, but the director’s professional and trustworthy manner relieved many of my initial concerns. Since I didn’t have clear criteria of my own, I trusted the director completely when the crease was designed, and I’m extremely satisfied...!!! After actually having the surgery, I was so satisfied that I wondered why I hadn’t done it sooner!!! My eyes are relatively long horizontally and I have good eyelid-opening strength, but my upper eyelid skin droops slightly, so whenever I took photos, I had to tense my forehead and open my eyes wide to get an eye shape I liked at least somewhat..! I wanted my eyes to look a little clearer and larger upward while still having a natural appearance, so after consultation I proceeded with non-incisional double-eyelid surgery. Since it was performed without an incision, it felt somewhat less burdensome, and above all, I was happy that it created the natural crease I wanted. After surgery, I often heard people around me say that my impression had changed, and everyone complimented me that I had become much prettier, which made me happy, haha. Since this was surgery I had deliberated over for a long time, I had many concerns, but now I feel I made the right choice! I hope the crease continues to settle naturally, and I hope my review can be even a little helpful to those who have been considering double-eyelid surgery for a long time like I did :)
