I am considering full canthoplasty, double eyelid surgery, and ptosis correction. I know outer and lower canthoplasty can have complications, but I want my eyes to look more open and spacious enough to accept that risk. Please recommend a clinic that is skilled and prevents adhesions from forming. I desperately want large, open-looking eyes! Please tell me about a clinic that is especially good at full canthoplasty!!! Please help.
