My original nose was bulbous and the bridge was low, so the side profile lacked volume and I was deliberating. I had surgery at [Clinic A]. Silicone, donor rib cartilage, and septal cartilage were used. They said about 5 mm of silicone was inserted and that the donor rib cartilage was used at the tip.
