I had an Ota nevus that looked like a blue spot on my right eyelid, so I underwent removal at [Clinic A] Plastic Surgery. Since it was around the eye, I was very worried beforehand, but what I remember most is that the pain was much more severe than expected. It was truly beyond my imagination, but afterward the staff kindly taped the area and took attentive care of me, for which I’m grateful.
It has now been more than a year since the procedure, and it has settled very naturally. Unless I mention that I had the procedure, it is difficult to notice any trace on my eyelid, so I’m satisfied. At first I was worried because the eye area is sensitive, and the pain was difficult, but seeing the result now that enough time has passed, I feel glad I had it done.
I hope my experience can be of some help to anyone like me who has a blue spot or Ota nevus on the eyelid and is considering removal. I was especially satisfied that I can share not only the immediate post-procedure condition but also the progress after more than a year.
