The facilities were good, and I liked that everyone was kind. The director was confident, and in many aspects, their aesthetic sense aligned with mine. However, during my first surgery, I experienced the nasal tip drooping right away, so I’m in a situation where I keep worrying about nasal tip drooping several years later. I keep wondering how much it might droop with cartilage repositioning alone. They put dermis in the step-off area, but I’m worried that if it gets absorbed over time, I may be dissatisfied with the shape.
