The facility was nice and everyone was kind, which I liked. The doctor was confident, and his aesthetic sense matched mine in many ways. However, I experienced the nose tip drooping right after my first surgery, so I keep worrying that the nose tip will droop again in a few years. I keep wondering how much it will sag with cartilage repositioning alone. I am also worried that dermis will be inserted into the step-off area, and if it gets absorbed over time, I may be dissatisfied with the shape.
