I went for a consultation because of liposuction and fat grafting. The manager was kind too, but above all the director was extremely kind. He said my face did not need liposuction, that this face needed contouring instead, and that my face was the kind that contouring would suit well. He said he used to do contouring before, but does not do it now, and recommended a few contouring clinics, saying they were good places so I should go get consultations there. That really built trust.
