After <after surgery> after <after surgery> before <before surgery> before <before surgery> My side cheekbones stuck out quite a lot, and my face overall had little volume, so I was really stressed about the unevenness and hollow cheeks. I am now 4 months after cheekbone surgery, and I am very satisfied. There is no major discomfort either. My recovery was on the faster side too. I was also truly very satisfied with the fat grafting, so after the cheekbone surgery and fat grafting, my quality of life has completely improved. I do not really notice anything like cheek sagging yet. At first, I worried about sagging, but my face was so thin and lacked so much volume that maybe there was nothing to sag. Now I am not particularly worried about that, and I am debating whether to do a second round of fat grafting or not. Compared with the beginning, it has definitely gone down haha Anyway, I finally got the facial contouring surgery I had been waiting for and thinking about every day, and I completely overcame my complex.
