Because I had a frowning, hollow forehead, lost cheek volume with age, and several other reasons, I decided on full-face fat grafting. Before surgery, I dissolved the filler in my under-eye groove....My eyes were deeply sunken like they had been scooped out with a spoon, and even after the first graft it did not improve, so I sent photos to the manager. They said it would improve after 3 weeks, but 10 months after the second procedure my under-eyes are still hollow and unchanged. I consulted other places, but it seems the only option is to fill the hollow area with filler.
