Because of a frowning expression, a deep forehead, aging, and loss of cheek fat, for various reasons I decided on full-face fat grafting, and before the surgery I dissolved the filler in my under-eye groove.... My eyes were so deeply hollowed out it looked like they had been scooped out with a spoon, and even after the first graft there was no improvement, so I sent photos to the manager. They said it would improve in three weeks, but even 10 months after the second graft my under-eyes are still sunken just the same. I consulted other places too, but it seems the only option is to fill the hollow area with filler.
