Both the director and the consultation manager were kind, so I really liked that. The manager also explained things almost at an expert level. But after I had the consultation with the manager first, there was a delay and the waiting time got longer, so I started losing interest, then after seeing the director I felt better haha. The way they were calm and explained things slowly made me feel drawn to them, and I liked it. But they mentioned filler for the glabellar area That does not suit me, so I do not think I will have the surgery.
