Both the director and the consultation manager were kind, so I really liked it. The manager explained things almost like an expert. But after I had the first consultation with the manager, there was a delay and the wait got long, so I started to cool off, then after seeing the director I felt better again. He was calm and explained things slowly, which I liked. But he mentioned filler in the glabella area, and that does not suit me, so I do not think I will go ahead with surgery.
