About roughly eight years ago? I had quick zygoma reduction here with a doctor who is no longer here now. The effect was definite, and it was done safely and well. I was a case with developed lateral cheekbones and 45-degree cheekbones, but I only did the lateral cheekbones and didn't shave the 45-degree area. Because sagging cheeks are inevitable if you reduce the 45-degree area, and my case wasn't extremely severe. In the end, I'm very satisfied. Even with only the lateral cheekbones gone, you can tell my face size became smaller, and because the 45-degree area wasn't shaved, my face doesn't look flat. So I was more satisfied with quick zygoma reduction than traditional cheekbone reduction.
