I arrived with plenty of time for my consultation appointment, but after waiting for over an hour, the consultation manager briefly came in and said the doctor would be there soon. Then I waited in the room for more than another 20 minutes, but it was just endless waiting. I left without even seeing the doctor’s face. It was a terrible visit where they acted like I was supposed to keep waiting forever, and the staff had neither a proper attitude nor any kindness.
