I arrived with plenty of time for my consultation appointment, but after waiting for over an hour, the consultation manager came in briefly and said the director would come soon, so I waited in the room for over another 20 minutes. It was just endless waiting. I left without even seeing the director's face. When I asked how much longer I was supposed to wait, the staff had neither confidence nor kindness. It was an awful visit.
