7-year double eyelid surgery review

Before <Before double eyelid surgery.> After <After double eyelid surgery.> I’m from a regional area, and because I had ptosis, ever since I was young I had to use my forehead muscles to open my eyes, so I had one deep, thick wrinkle on my forehead. I didn’t even have inner double eyelids, and my eyes folded inward. The outer corners of my eyes were very upturned, so my impression looked strong and angry.

At first, I went around to several places in Seoul to get surgery, but in the end I couldn’t do it, and a year later, during the school break before my high school graduation, I ended up doing it in my area.

My criteria for choosing the clinic was asking friends who had double eyelid surgery over that year and choosing the clinic that had done it the most and had natural-looking good results.

When I went for the consultation and met the doctor, I asked for it to be as thin and natural as possible. Just enough that when I drew eyeliner, it would look like I had drawn it. The doctor said my eyelids were very thin and had almost no fat, so a non-incisional method would be okay. They said the ptosis would also improve to some extent. But I was anxious, so I did it with 3 stitches.

The result was a huge success! My eyes only got a little bigger, but I wanted natural-looking eyes, so it turned out perfectly. When I met my friends, they said I looked kinder. There wasn’t much swelling either, and even though I was slightly swollen during university orientation, nobody knew I had surgery, and throughout college no one noticed unless I told them. The best thing is that even though I only did a slight change, eyeliner became easier to draw, it shows well, and my forehead wrinkle disappeared. Kkyaho! Even now, my eyes are my favorite part of my face hehe
