They said lifetime AS, postoperative care includes CAPS, Derma laser, scar laser, and they also check things like breast elasticity ultrasound. They said the support bra is worn for 1 month, and anesthesia is general anesthesia.
GR The clinic was quiet, clean, not spacious, but it felt well managed. From reception to consultation, they guided me kindly. The consultant really led the consultation smoothly, and the explanations were easy to understand. The director tends to speak based on facts, and the diagnosis was very firm and clearly explained. In particular, they explained exactly why the size, implant, and incision site needed to be that way. Oh, for scars, they said they do a 3-layer closure with Mint thread here, so even with an inframammary incision, the scar supposedly doesn’t remain much at all! They said lifetime AS, postoperative care includes CAPS, swelling care, radiofrequency care, and scar care, and that they schedule care for 1 year. They said the director personally checks ultrasound before and after surgery. They said whether to use a BOB and upper band is decided after seeing the progress, and anesthesia is intercostal nerve anesthesia.
I also asked about CCTV, and both DSH and GR allow free viewing. In particular, GR said full viewing is possible, limited to the person themselves.
