I knew going into it that my breasts couldn’t get much bigger with fat grafting, but even on the day of surgery, when there was swelling, they were still small, so seeing my breasts get smaller day by day as the swelling goes down makes me so sad.. The sunken areas have improved compared to before, but I don’t think there’s any noticeable increase in volume because the fat just went into filling those areas. I thought that on the day of surgery they would fill my breasts, which had sagged from repeated dieting, until the skin became taut, but that wasn’t the case. It just stopped at being slightly fuller. In the end, I guess I’m destined to go with implants... Still, the old me thought that even if they stayed small, it would be better to fill them with my own tissue and make them look natural rather than using a foreign material.. I just didn’t know there would be this little change. It wasn’t cheap at all, and I had it done at an expensive place, so it’s really disappointing.
