Before/before/after/after My cheekbones and square jaw were stressful, so I couldn’t try various hairstyles, and long hair made my square jaw look too prominent, so I mostly wore my hair tied up. So I decided to get facial contouring, looked through many reviews, and searched for hospitals. Back then, when the clinic had just opened and had only 3 facial contouring reviews, I was so drawn to this place. So I didn’t even go for consultations at other hospitals; I came to Seoul from another region, had only a consultation here, made a reservation, and went all the way back home haha After the surgery, I was really half-asleep, and whenever I woke up my head was so dizzy. Even though it was the hospital’s closing time, they told me I could rest more, and because my fasting time was getting long, they even prepared water and apple juice for me. Also, they asked me to text them when I got home by train to let them know I arrived safely, so I could feel that they cared about patients I felt really grateful to every single teacher there!
In terms of pain intensity, it was day of surgery >>>> day 1 > day 2, and after that, rather than pain, the swelling became huge like a full moon, in the order of day 3 > day 4. Until then, there was swelling around my jaw, so it felt like my cheekbones had gone in a lot, and from after day 7, the jaw swelling also started to go away, so I could really feel that my jaw had changed!! Until day 3, I only had milk, juice, and soft bread that could be melted to eat, but I had no energy, so after that I gradually increased small amounts of regular food. The thing I was most scared of was the day the stitches were removed. On day 7, the cheekbone stitches were okay except for slight stinging because of the blood scabs, and on day 14, I was worried because they said the stitches inside my mouth might hurt, but it really didn’t hurt. So I think I thanked the teacher who removed my stitches about 3 times haha It has been exactly 1 month, and a lot of the swelling has gone away too. The area from my cheekbones to my upper lip still feels firm and puffy when I press it, but I believe it will keep going down day by day!!
