Review after subfascial surgery after childbirth and 1 revision/as service

I had my first child in 2021 and got breast augmentation in the summer of 2023 It was my second cosmetic surgery in my life, so this time I was extremely careful and went around for consultations (in my own way)

But I didn’t know that Photoshop could be used in reviews, so I just picked clinics that looked pretty and matched the look I was aiming for... I found out later

Still, by then I had learned what blacklisted clinics were, and it wasn’t one of those, so I had consultations at a few places and decided

Sebbin Sub Moderate High + subfascial + because my breasts were uneven, left 310 and right 330

Every consultation said I would come out as a full 75A~B, so it wasn’t like I had no existing breast tissue And I didn’t have a pigeon chest, funnel chest, or pointy breasts, so they said any surgical method would work But there was slight sagging, and since I was increasing the size without a lift, the common opinion was that the implant size needed to be somewhat large Only ㅁㄹ recommended an areolar lift(?)

Anyway, I had surgery at the clinic I chose, and then I received a revision/as service. The reason was that my right breast had shifted toward the left side. The cleavage wasn’t in the center of my body but skewed toward the left breast? The left breast had a side-breast line, but the right breast was positioned inside the torso... As expected, at every monthly follow-up I said the dissection had been done wrong and that I needed revision/as service. They just made me exhausted with the S-band and upper band for no reason, and at 6 months I had revision surgery only on the right side

As a result, the position became correct, but even though it was subfascial, I developed an animation deformity. When I told the consultant, they seemed confused too. They said animation deformity can happen, so I said, “But mine is subfascial?” and they were like, “Oh?? Oh”

On top of that, upper bulging was a bonus. It’s been 1 year since the revision surgery now, but this breast still feels somehow uncomfortable. I feel like there must be a reason for the upper bulging... The left breast is so comfortable that I can barely tell I had surgery

Anyway, people here who are experienced with cosmetic surgery probably all know this, but for people like me who don’t know much, let’s not forget that review photos can be Photoshopped too!

I’m planning to get anterior epicanthoplasty and lower the line, but I’m going to slowly look into breasts too!! For now, only my husband sees them, so breasts can wait a bit.. haha

The places I had consultations at back then were ㅇㅇㅇ ㅇㅇ ㅁㄹ ㄴㅌ

I’ll need to go around and look for clinics that are good at subfascial surgery!

This review is for a surgery review that pursues a natural look.
