Thank you

I’d wanted to do it ever since I became an adult,,, but kept putting it off and putting it off and putting it off, then after 8 years I booked the surgery on impulse and got it done,,

Surgery date: 2/15 morning Underbust circumference: 75 Breast pocket size: 12.5

Mentor Extra, armpit incision, implant size: 325(R), 295(L)

I wasn’t hoping for super huge giant boobs! I wanted them to be moderately pretty? enough to make clothes fit nicely! Around B+~C? I’m 165/50

Before breast surgery, I had consultations at 3 places I debated between a large hospital/private clinic and ended up getting it done at a hospital in Apgujeong that has a whole big building Because I’m a corporate slave, I took Sat/Sun/Mon off and went back to work from Tuesday~

Tomorrow will be exactly day 14! My period is getting close, so my nipples have become sensitive and sting (this is a symptom I originally had as premenstrual syndrome)

I’m the type who was so scared before surgery that I postponed it, then moved it back up again lol... But I seriously recommend!!! doing it in winter!!! Especially if the place uses a support bra and compression band!!! Because it shows through clothes, you have no choice but to wear thick clothes

Surgery review Day before: The day before was Valentine’s Day, you know haha; I know I shouldn’t drink alcohol,, but I drank sake,, with sashimi,,

Surgery day: I feel like I may or may not have won the painless-anesthesia lottery, but they say anesthesia usually wears off within 1 hour, while it took me 2 hours to wake up. Before going into surgery, they inserted an IV, and while I was getting the IV it felt kind of like I was sobering up? Because of the anesthetic I felt dazed, and after getting the pain-control injection and being discharged, I didn’t really notice much pain

Day 1: I’m a scaredy-cat coward, so I slept with my pillow at 30 degrees. Rather than my breasts hurting, the support bra was uncomfortable There was also a hospital on my list that doesn’t use a support bra, but I just did it at a hospital that does. My mindset was, if they tell you to do something, there must be a reason~

Day 2: There were so many medications to take that I felt nauseous. My breasts didn’t hurt much, but when I slept I had a lot of cold sweat. I really sweated so much that the bed sheets were soaked, and I think this continued until about day 5

Day 3: I went to work feeling really scared, but being pushed around on the subway was the hard part; since I have an office job where I sit at work, there wasn’t much difficulty

Days 4~7: Everything was fine, but I sweated so profusely in my sleep.. Oh, and for me, rather than breast pain, I felt really depressed mentally After the surgery,, somehow it was hard not being able to do things the way I wanted, I wondered if I had done it for no reason, worried about what others would think of me, and even searched up implant removal;; Also, I can count on one hand the number of times in my life I’ve washed my hair upside down, so I absolutely couldn’t bring myself to try washing my hair without getting my armpits wet, so I went to a hair salon and got shampooed. Physically, it was about getting tired if I walked a lot? They said walking is good, but I was satisfied with just commuting. I couldn’t exercise

Day 9: I originally really like things like Pilates/yoga/stretching, but after more than a week of doing nothing, my body felt so stiff.. So at home, except for positions lying face down, I followed YouTube and stretched for about 40 minutes, and it was fine. If anything, my condition felt really good

Days 10~13: I think I lived pretty much the same as usual before surgery? I didn’t drink alcohol or exercise, and I had to go out for external work, so yesterday I walked quite a lot, but it was okay! From next week, I’m planning to add walks too

Will they be able to settle prettily with time?? I’m going back to the clinic next week to check my progress haha They told me to bring underwear next week, so I’m already getting excited,,

I hope the tissue softens and they settle soon
