I had surgery because I had a lot of lacrimal caruncle exposure, so my eyes felt very irritated, and to improve my sharp-looking impression + improve the nail-shaped depressed scar from epicanthoplasty. They said one eye in particular had very tight? skin and not much extra skin, but maybe because they recently changed their surgical method to reverse repositioning, when I was having surgery, it also felt like they were pulling muscles from here and there. Anyway, I wanted a rounded shape.. but both the consultant and the director said that if it was made round, it would look stuffy, and that it would become a little rounder later anyway, so I ended up choosing a pointed shape! When I was younger, I hated how my upper eyelids looked puffy like a raccoon, so I had all the fat removed, but over time my eyes became sunken and my double eyelids developed overlapping folds, so I also had fat grafting done! Since it was PRP autologous serum fat grafting, they said the engraftment rate would be good, so I paid extra and added it!
