First, for my nose, during the first surgery I had bulbous nose correction, septal cartilage, and hump shaving with no implant, but the nasal bridge and nasal tip did not connect, the bulbous nose remained, cartilage showed through, and it was completely ruined. So I proceeded with AS through an open approach and paid an extra 1 million won for material costs, getting bulbous nose correction and AlloDerm on the nasal bridge, but my nose became even blunter, the nasal tip cartilage showed through, and an indentation appeared.
ㅌㅍㅇㅅ - palpation without CT, autologous costal cartilage • silicone • alar reduction • bulbous nose correction; the sunken area at the nasal tip would be filled using dermis or autologous costal fascia. 5.5 million won (with photo-public review writing) ㄴㅈㄹ - CT fee 30,000 won, autologous costal cartilage • silicone • osteotomy • dermal reinforcement; they explained well and also explained why my rhinoplasty failed. But it is expensive, 11 million won (photo-public condition). Instead, it is closed surgery. ㄷㅇㅇ - Hospital I went to see Director ㄱㅅㅎ (3 friends had rhinoplasty there), did not recommend surgery. They said it is difficult for the nasal tip to become slimmer, and if the protruding cartilage part is removed, it will become blunter. ㅇㅇㅇ - Same as ㄷㅇㅇ, did not recommend surgery. They said it is not severe enough to open the nose just to remove cartilage. ㅇㅍㄹㅅ - Give up cosmetic goals and maintain current nose shape; after removing the protruding nasal cartilage, fill the indented area with crushed ear cartilage. They do not use dermis. Closed surgery 5 million.
