After deciding to get nose surgery, I did online research for more than 5 years. At Louvre, I liked how the director firmly raises the nose with costal cartilage in first-time surgeries, and the overall surgical results had such a good aesthetic sense haha So I didn’t go to consultations anywhere else and booked a consultation and surgery at Louvre right away!
I was originally planning to do it after finishing orthodontic treatment, but both the dental clinic and Louvre said it wouldn’t matter, so I got it done right before the Lunar New Year holiday!! I had a slightly bulbous nose, a hump, and a deviated septum, so I thought my nose would be difficult, but the director explained everything so clearly and made the consultation easy to understand
I brought photos of a Chinese influencer because I wanted a slightly rounded but high nose. I wanted nasolabial angle correction and a rounded columella, and the result came out exactly like that, so I’m very satisfied!!!
I was too lazy to go on walks and ate a lot of salty food, but surprisingly there wasn’t much swelling, and I only had slight bruising around my eyes, so even after removing the splint, it barely interfered with daily life!
At first, after the splint was removed, it was a straight nose, but as the swelling went down, it became a straight-to-slightly-curved line haha I hope the swelling doesn’t go down any more!! I’m managing the incision line by applying Dermatix, and I’ll post another review after my next follow-up haha
