I went for a consultation because of undercorrection in one eye plus one line being large and pinched. The doctor was kind. Since it was ptosis correction, I thought I’d have to do both sides, but he said that even if I’m not that satisfied with one side, it isn’t a major problem, so it’s better to leave it alone, and he recommended doing only the other, more severe side. He didn’t recommend fat grafting for the eyes, only asked for what was necessary, and it felt like he took a conservative approach without padding things, so I liked that. The only concern is that if I do only one side, they might become uneven again.
