I went for a consultation because one eye was undercorrected and one line was bigger and more pinched. The doctor was kind. I thought I would have to correct both eyes because it was ptosis correction, but he said even if one side was not quite to his liking, it was better to leave it alone if there was no major problem, and recommended doing only the more severe side on the other eye. He did not recommend fat grafting for the eyes, only asked for what was needed, and seemed conservative without unnecessary fluff, which I liked. The only concern is that if I only do one side, I am worried it might become uneven again.
