The director doesn’t add excessive surgeries and recommends only what’s truly necessary. I did a lot of online research and in-person consultations, and this was the only place that said they would use no cartilage at all and only reposition the alar cartilage. Since even septal cartilage can be risky if used incorrectly, I wanted to make it as safe as possible, so I chose this place.
