The doctor did not suggest any extra or excessive surgery and recommended only what was truly necessary. I really searched around a lot, and this was the only place that said they would not use any cartilage and would only do alar cartilage repositioning. The septum can also be dangerous if used incorrectly, so I chose this place because I wanted to do it as safely as possible.
