Before-before-after-after-after I had implant-free rhinoplasty for bulbous nose correction, long nose correction, hump correction, osteotomy, and nasal tip surgery!! My nasal bridge used to have a very severe hump, but now it has a curve like a smooth slide, so my friends keep asking me to show them my side profile lol As for the nasal tip, I naturally had a bit more swelling than others, so at the very beginning I couldn't tell what looked different, but after week 2 it gradually went down, and I could clearly see at a glance that it had become slimmer!! When I visited the plastic surgery clinic, the other staff members were also very kind and took great care of me. The director didn't suggest unreasonable requests or an overly flashy nose; he organized exactly what needed to be refined and explained things within the possible range, so I didn't even look at other places and proceeded there right away haha
