My hump nose and low nasal bridge were complexes for me, so I went for a nose surgery consultation. They took a nasal endoscopy and showed me the structure of my nose while explaining what surgery would be needed. Looking at that photo, they even caught that I have seasonal rhinitis, which surprised me lol I went in thinking only about the bridge and alar reduction, but they said alar reduction wasn’t really necessary and that I’d need almost everything else except that… They said the tip would be supported with costal cartilage…
