It has now been over 2 weeks since I had surgery at ㄱㅇㅈ I had been living with filler for 7 years, but I felt like it had spread too much, so when I dissolved it to get it done again, my mom was shocked after seeing me and told me I absolutely had to get nose surgery, so I ended up doing it haha..
Since it was annoying to go back and forth from the countryside for consultations, I only consulted at exactly two places and chose, so I didn't think about it too much. One place did more dramatic noses, but they said they would use donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, so I naturally chose this place
Among the reviews, there were posts saying it looked like a bird beak and that they lengthen it a lot, so I asked them not to make it look too long. It's all covered in the photos, but since my face is big and my nose is on the smaller side, I think it would have been okay even if they had lengthened it a bit more.
And...!! The doctor has his own strong opinions.. I clearly asked him to raise it 1 mm more, even while I was under sedation, but in the end he only raised it 3 mm.. So I'm really disappointed about that.. Just 1 mm more on the bridge, really just 1 mm, would not have been that noticeable or difficult
I had 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, fascia was used too, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage using some method (I didn't listen in detail), and I also had columella and nasolabial angle correction! Also, my nasal bones were wider than expected, so they shaved them down a bit. I could feel the shaving during surgery I really like how my mouth area changed, but I'm so disappointed about that 1 mm on the nasal bridge.. I told them. I did..
When removing the splint, I had gone in sweating, so it wasn't particularly painful My ear didn't hurt either I think the scariest part was when they snipped and removed the last stitches little by little The surgery was done with sedation + local anesthesia together, so I woke up consciously in the middle, but I couldn't feel anything at all, and when I asked them to let me sleep again, I slept a little more, woke up again, and so on, so it was kind of fun.
As for the result, I'm just that disappointed about the 1 mm on the nasal bridge.........ㅠㅠ There was no change to my overall facial impression either!! In photos, the difference looks big, but in person it just looks a little more refined?! I recommend it to people who have a nasal bridge and want only the nasal tip done without an implant..! People who want a dramatic result or want a clear image change will probably have much lower satisfaction!!
I'll delete the photos later~!! I hope this helps!!
I deleted the photos!!
