The desk staff were okay The director spoke informally a few times at first (I didn’t feel offended), but used polite speech afterward. They were friendly and kind. They explained my eye condition + the surgical method thoroughly and asked if I had any questions The consultant gave a summary explanation and answered only my questions directly. I was worried because there were reviews saying they were unfriendly, but I was relieved that they were more just okay than that
The interior feels like a neighborhood clinic, but personally I don’t like flashy places that feel like factory-style clinics, so it wasn’t bad
