This was the longest consultation I have had anywhere, and I felt the doctor's professionalism and reliability were very high. They explained things like, "Because of this reason, we do this," and when I asked questions, they explained the muscle being touched and the principle behind it, which put me at ease. The consultation manager first asked whether I wanted to avoid incisions, and it felt like they were answering as much as possible to match that need. They did not tell me "do this," so it seems better for the patient to decide the direction first, so there is less confusion. If I asked which of the two they recommend, they would answer, but it did not feel like they were making the decision for me. Still, because of that, there was no salesy feeling, which I liked. They repeatedly adjusted the line and explained it. At other clinics, they just told me to do canthal widening without question, but here they showed me how the eye shape changes with and without it, and the more specific the questions or requests were, the more information they gave, so I got a lot out of it. Rather than going as your first clinic, I think it is better to gather a lot of information and ask everything you are curious about. I felt a lot of trust in the doctor.
