They lowered it all the way to the columella, so the area toward my philtrum feels stiff. It feels awkward when I smile, so I wonder if the columella was lowered too much. I think it really is important not to be too greedy if possible. I had almost no nose to begin with, so I raised it about 7 mm. It’s better than not having done it, but even after doing it, I’m not 100% satisfied.
