Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

I almost died after cheekbone surgery.... ㅜㅜ

A few days before surgery, I had just a slight sign of a sore throat/cold, so I was anxious because they said surgery might be difficult if I had a fever on the day of surgery. I consulted with the plastic surgery clinic, took internal medicine medication until the day before, and had surgery in the morning.

But I really almost died. I thought it was just a mild cold, but maybe it got worse because of the major surgery, or maybe it had not been detected before.... I had influenza A ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Anyway, from the moment I woke up from anesthesia, it was hell. I could not breathe well, my chest felt so tight it was constricting, and as my breathing became rapid, the fear that I might die made it feel even harder to breathe. They redid all the tests, including ECG and X-ray, but said there was no problem ㅜㅜ After suffering for hours with my breathing, feeling like I was about to pass out, once I could breathe a little, I developed a burning high fever, and then another door of suffering opened: severe headache, dizziness, nausea, chills, etc. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

When I think of that time, even if I died and came back to life, I could never do it again, really ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I felt like I could not be discharged on the day of surgery and wanted to be hospitalized, but for cheekbone surgery, if you have surgery in the morning, they discharge you the same day. They said I would have to pay hospitalization fees to be admitted and that there was no person on duty, so late at night I barely came home, not in my right mind, while having a nosebleed ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

And then the next day, I was hospitalized at another hospital for 3 days. Sob It is now day 6 after surgery, and my face still looks like a pufferfish. The day before yesterday, it was so severely swollen that I honestly thought I looked like a steamed-bun monster squashed sideways ㅠㅜ Maybe the swelling is worse because I was sick. Tomorrow I am going to get the stitches removed ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I think I will only be able to tell whether the surgery went well or not after the swelling goes down a bit.

Anyway, everyone, please do not take surgery lightly. Aftereffects from general anesthesia differ by constitution and vary greatly depending on health condition, so some people have no particular issues, but if it goes wrong like it did for me.... I really thought I was going back and forth between life and death ㅜㅜ
