I went for my mom’s facelift, and I think communication worked the best here. It felt like they tried to explain the surgical method as clearly and simply as possible. What I liked most was that they explained it at my mom’s level. They also spoke openly about side effects and disadvantages, so I trusted them more. The director is gentle and kind. It isn’t a crowded, hectic atmosphere. Clean and pleasant. My mom also said she liked it.
