The hospital is extremely clean, and the director and manager are very kind. However, the person at the front desk feels a bit unfriendly. They recommend additional procedures that would suit my face, but there is absolutely no pressure. They do not seem like they want to rush things at all, and they keep asking me questions as they proceed.
