My nose was very crooked, so I had septal surgery at an ENT clinic instead of a plastic surgery clinic. Functionally, ENT definitely seems better than plastic surgery, but for cosmetic purposes, I think plastic surgery is definitely better than ENT. I slightly regret not raising the nasal bridge at the same time while I was at it lol
