For the nasal bridge, I used silicone, and after thinking about the nasal tip, I used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. I heard donated rib cartilage has no complications if it’s used properly, and fortunately it suited me well. I also asked for the nasal tip to be made slim, and it came out well in a slim, glamorous style. When I first had the surgery, having the splint on was a bit uncomfortable but apart from that, up to now I’ve been doing well without any problems! For a first rhinoplasty, this turned out well, right? You know how people used to say people with high nasal bridges look chic and aloof? I think I understand why that saying came about
