I had only ever thought I wanted nose surgery, and I had never even dreamed about things like autologous costal cartilage warping, so it felt like I had come to learn after a long time and it was interesting. The example line they drew when I said I wanted a restrained and elegant look was to my taste, and after seeing a lot of reviews, I'm pretty excited
