It’s been about a year since I had revision rhinoplasty at OM, and I feel like I just threw away 5.5 million won for nothing. They told me my nasal columella support and septum were strong, so we should just lower the silicone and keep using the ear cartilage as is. All they did was change the silicone, but it cost 5.5 million won. They didn’t even use nasal packing, and the surgery ended in just 1 hour. There was no bleeding either, and it really felt like they wanted to make money easily. When I said the nasal tip drooped after just one month, they said the support was no longer strong and blamed my septum. It was seriously bad.
