It has been about a year since I had a revision rhinoplasty at OM, and it felt like I threw away 5.5 million won for nothing. They told me my columellar septum was strong, so we should just lower the silicone and keep the ear cartilage as it was, so they only changed the silicone and used 5.5 million won. They did not use nasal packing, and the surgery ended in one hour. There was no bleeding, and it really felt like they just wanted to make easy money. After one month I said the tip of my nose had drooped, and they blamed my septum, saying the columella was no longer strong. It was really disappointing.
