My case is that I had cheekbone and front chin surgery about 2 years ago, and because I didn’t do the square jaw, the proportions looked off, so I’m removing the pins and, at the same time, doing square jaw + revision on one cheekbone. It’s not a common case, so there were almost no cases like mine.. If I weren’t removing the pins, I probably would have just lived with it, but since they’re opening it anyway, I looked into revision too! I went to 5 clinics, and you might be able to guess which clinics they are.. And I couldn’t even make reservations at places that were way over 10 million won. I had already spent several million won, so spending over 10 million won again felt way too burdensome I mainly went for consultations at the relatively cheaper places everyone mentions! I chose the revision clinic, and after going to consultations, everyone said different things, so I think what matters is finding a clinic that matches your needs.
A. New clinic in Sinnonhyeon 6.7 million won
Pin removal + cheekbone shaving Cortical bone resection, masseter reduction, same-day discharge They said they wouldn’t do revision cheekbone or square jaw at all. They said it’s not bad now, so just live with it.. It’s one of the new clinics that gets mentioned a lot these days. A young doctor at a place with lots of ads on the app During consultation, he just said what he wanted to say and didn’t even ask if I had questions. A place with seriously no sincerity.. B. Large clinic in Sinnonhyeon 6.5 million won
A large clinic wasn’t on my list, but because the price was attractive and they said there was still a fairly well-known facial contouring director, I booked in advance for a consultation with a designated director, but as soon as I arrived, I waited 30 minutes, and then suddenly they said the designated director wasn’t available and switched me to another director..;; I thought this was already wrong from the start.. And the consultant was ve~~ry unfriendly. She grilled me about where I’d been and asked what my job was. I wondered what my job had to do with the surgery. The most absurd thing was that we had only been talking for about 10 minutes, and suddenly she said she was busy and couldn’t talk long absurd. Anyway, the director looked young. The diagnosis was pin removal + cheekbone shaving. On the right side, pin removal was impossible(?) and the slightly opened-looking area couldn’t be touched, he said(?). Because the nerve line is low, a long curved osteotomy is impossible, and only the square jaw area is possible. The consultation was thorough, and he tried to look closely and in detail. C. Sinnonhyeon same-day payment 9 million won
Starting with the consultant, it was full of a salesy vibe. The thing I hate most when going around for consultations is having photos taken, but they said they couldn’t give a consultation if they couldn’t take photos..;;; And they played a lot of games with the price. The same-day payment condition was 9 million won, otherwise it was 12 million won, they said The director’s opinion was that pin removal is possible on both the left and right. They do shaving too, though it wouldn’t mean much, but if I wanted it, they’d do it. Cut a little of the square jaw and do cortical osteotomy. The director carefully looked at the CT and everything, but the price was higher than expected + the consultant’s price games were too much. General anesthesia, hospitalization, CCTV available
D. Sinsa Station 7.14 million won
It’s that new clinic with tons of reviews in this community lately. The price range was good and I liked the surgical plan, but I got nervous and asked the director the same question one more time, and got scolded.. It wasn’t even several times.. He said he already told me it was possible, and if I kept asking, what was he supposed to say? He got a straight face, so I was flustered and hurt.. I thought if I paid my own money and gave opinions about designing my own face, I’d feel like I had to watch his mood, and because of the somewhat authoritarian attitude, I passed. If there are buried pins, 220,000 won per pin. Could have to pay up to 1.1 million won extra. Additional charges may apply. I didn’t trust this either. CCTV available
E. Seolleung, place with a director with long experience 8 million won

That was a big advantage. Among the five places, the director’s consultation was concise but kind. He seemed like someone who would listen even if I sufficiently expressed my opinions during design, and the surgical plan matched, so I liked that. He had very long experience, so I trusted him.
I’m from outside Seoul, and I went to all five places over three days. At first, places that seemed good online ended up being disappointing when I actually went for consultation, and the places I wasn’t drawn to ended up having consultations I liked. I chose one of those, paid the deposit, and even completed the preoperative tests. As someone who has already burned through 15 million won on first surgery + revision.. I don’t regret it, but you should go to a place where the director’s plan and everyone’s plan match.
