I had an incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction 7 years ago ~ I remember the ptosis correction being painful, but if you have sleepy-looking eyes, definitely get it done. The line was set as an in-out line, and although it is natural, after a lot of time passed it changed to look like an inner double eyelid. I recommend just following the line the doctor suggests. I liked a natural look, so I made it close to an inline line, and I regret it a bit. I’m looking into whether I should have revision surgery,, These days people also do lower canthoplasty together; how is that?
