I had non-incisional buried sutures in my early 20s, but they came undone, so about 2 years later I had incision surgery. Overall it looks natural and I like it. But I’m not fully satisfied with the symmetry of the medial epicanthoplasty and the hooked shape. Maybe the hooked part looks more pulled downward because I wear glasses? Also, the lines are slightly uneven For the first few years it wasn’t noticeable, but as time passes, I feel like the shape of the lines is becoming more visible.
