After doing diligent online research and in-person consultations for 6 months, I had surgery at a place where I liked all the consultations with the doctor. The shape I wanted was a really slim yet high nose, so the doctor said I would need 4 mm to get the shape I wanted, but my septal cartilage was insufficient for a 4 mm increase, so they suggested using mesh. I didn’t want to use mesh, so I just did 2 mm Still, the shape came out slim and pretty, so I’m satisfied ^^ I’m only at week 2, so there is still some swelling, but even now it’s not very high It is a little disappointing... On the first day, it really hurt so much that I couldn’t even sleep, but from the second day it didn’t hurt, and I recovered pretty quickly lol My nasal alar area is still swollen and looks bulbous, so I hope the swelling goes down quickly
