Hello. I had revision rhinoplasty recently, but I got unnecessarily greedy and made my nose slim and high. The bulbous nose was corrected, but from the side it looked too much like a witch nose, and my nose felt way too long, so at week 2 I went back and had the nasal tip lowered a little and made rounder I really think a long nose with a bulbous nasal tip is difficult to operate on
