During the consultation, I clearly said I was okay without a big change.
I said I didn’t want my face area to become smaller, and that I didn’t want the doll-like line that was trendy at the time, just a tidying-up level.
The doctor said he understood.
My jaw wasn’t originally a developed jaw, so I debated it, but I proceeded just to tidy up the line.
Before surgery,
“I won’t shave much; I’ll just tidy up this line like this” was what he clearly said.
But my face now is, how should I put it, like a sunflower seed.
First of all, from the side ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ it’s an inverted triangle,
but the jaw is straight.
In the recovery room, instead of the director I consulted with, a young male doctor came in, and I don’t know why that doctor came.
Could he have been a salaried doctor? There was no introduction for him on the website.
Anyway, as for my cheekbones, I don’t know if the left cheekbone wasn’t fixed properly, but even now, 2 years later, I hear a sound like grains of sand scraping.
A new hollowing, which they say usually happens when too much bone is removed (overcorrection), also appeared on my left cheekbone.
I told them not to touch my cheekbones too much, so why did they overcorrect them?
I still wonder about it ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Did that man who came into the recovery room do the surgery? Why did they do it differently from what they said? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
If these side effects were from getting what I wanted through overcorrection, I’d accept it, but it’s annoying.
That area is dangerous to revise surgically, so I live with it filled with filler, but that also migrates and has maintenance costs, so I hope you think very carefully about it.
