The plastic surgery clinic where I had surgery was: T A K O Plastic Surgery, located near Sinnonhyeon Station

I am not a broker; I am an ordinary person. I am posting this to share the surgery I received honestly and sincerely.
I hope it will be helpful to many people.
In my case, I went around to so many places called facial contouring clinics that there were hardly any I had not visited,
and I did a lot of legwork.
The surgeries I received:
Genioplasty revision, one-stage curved osteotomy revision, Tangential Ostectomy (cortical osteotomy) (the surgical extent and method of shaving down)
During my previous two-jaw surgery,
they could not perform cortical osteotomy during the operation, so they could not shave it down, and this time it was performed.)
Cortical ostectomy is a method of designing lines on the surface of the bone, lifting it off (almost like filleting), and removing it. (Over time, it becomes uneven.)
(It becomes like the Scream face.) (A hollowed-out phenomenon.)
The reason I am leaving this post in Heartbroken People is as follows.
First, during the preoperative consultation, the reason I had so many concerns and thoughts was that,
to achieve a result that met high expectations, I persistently bothered the director!
(The consultation time is usually from 30 minutes to over about 1 hour.)
A total of 2 to 3 times
I made the decision after consultations, and the director helped steady me a lot when my mind was wavering.
(This is a clinic where it is unimaginable to have surgery after only seeing the manager, or to have a system where you only see the director at the time of surgery.)
Considerations when choosing a clinic
1. Trust in the clinic, a competent operating surgeon, and long experience
2. Communication with the patient; a clinic that can make you trust the surgical result
3. A design that does not focus only on the immediate postoperative period, but considers 5 to 10 years later as well
4. Kindness of the clinic
5. Reliability of the doctor’s consultation
6. Diagnostic machines for a facial contouring specialist clinic
7. Cleanliness of the operating room
8. Ability to respond with emergency measures in an emergency
9. Cleanliness of the recovery room, high-end equipment, and monitoring that can observe the patient in real time
I am trying to decide after considering these 9 factors. I will upload the pre- and postoperative CT scans to the cafe soon.

op plan: Chin-tip asymmetry, segment position, reduction, maximum advance 2~3~4 mm
Considering use of a 6-hole plate (fixation screws)
For the square-jaw surgery, I mentioned several times to the director that I did not want a line without an angle, the so-called dog-like jaw.
Tangential Ostectomy, taking asymmetry into account, and Curved Ostectomy
The writer had ASO-Anterior Segmental Osteotomy and two-jaw surgery, etc. performed previously,
and planned revision surgery because the deep labiodental fold was deep.

At this clinic, they take a CT scan when you are discharged after surgery and then send you home.
The postoperative result came out as I had expected!!!
Postoperative care: after one day of hospitalization, I visited on day 3 and received swelling-care laser Smartlux management,
and saw the director, who visually checked my condition.
They say you can receive laser treatment here for about 2 weeks!
On day 7, after suture removal (the director removes them personally),
progress photos are taken, and in the consultation room the director reviews the postoperative CT with the patient,
rotating it from various angles and comparing before and after surgery.
Overall review: It is a clinic with a family-like atmosphere.
During consultations, to help the patient understand,
the director draws pictures on the desk glass and computer monitor so that you can understand quickly.
He does this. His surgical skill is also something that even someone as demanding as I am can confidently acknowledge.
The postoperative CT was taken on the 25th at around 7:30 a.m. when I was discharged,
after surgery on the 24th.
At this clinic, the monitoring in the recovery room is connected to the director’s room, and they say that in an emergency, a bell rings directly in the director’s room.
I am not sure whether it was the coordinator or the manager, but she personally picked up my medication from the pharmacy for me. I gave her cash, and she gave me the receipt and a brief explanation before leaving work.
After surgery on October 24, once the general anesthesia gas was expelled through breathing, cold compresses were repeatedly applied. Because my blood pressure was somewhat higher than my usual numbers, they administered medication to lower it. After administering antibiotics and painkillers, the director personally came to the recovery room. He had slept at home the previous day, but perhaps because my blood pressure was high and I was very worried, he stayed on duty at the clinic together with the duty nurse.
At 20:30 I drank water and fell asleep a little. From time to time, the director came by, visually examined me, and cleaned inside my mouth.
After that, around 6 a.m. on October 25, the director personally removed two blood drains,
performed the final cleaning, and then the nurse explained postoperative discharge precautions and care. I had a CT scan and went home.

These days, in cafes and group chat rooms, various clinics are recommended using members’ materials,
but that is the most incorrect method. Each patient’s case is different, and the measurement methods are also different. This is the most important point.
What I want to mention is that a place that performs surgery well
has clear postoperative results,
and must have contouring skills impressive enough to make you say “wow.”
Also, even if it is not contouring, the same applies to eyes, nose, liposuction, reconstructive surgery, and so on.
(ex. Before surgery they praise the doctor, but if they are even slightly unhappy with where they had surgery and write a post, it gets deleted.) Please exclude places like that... And then they recommend somewhere else. That is a very wrong method... The decision about surgery is made by you, and no one can live your life for you. The decision is your own.
