The doctor was unbelievably, unbelievably, unbelievably, unbelievably, unbelievably lacking in basic courtesy... It was our first meeting, but he spoke informally, and the consultation took like 5 minutes??? and then it was over... The manager also openly criticized my low nose.. I was so upset When I said I was going to have surgery, only then did they start using polite speech, which was absurd. Of course I did not go through with the surgery.
